Bishop Eustace Prep is pleased to welcome Brock & Company, Inc as our new food service provider for the Fall of 2021. The menus at Eustace will offer fresh and nutritious selections to the community while providing menu items that the students like to eat. Their philosophy is to create well-balanced menu offerings along with implementing healthier methods of preparation.
