How to apply to Eustace Prep
Thank you for your interest in Bishop Eustace Preparatory School. We believe it is just as important for you to determine if Eustace Prep is right for you as it is for us to carefully select the next generation of students.
1. Visit our campus
Attend an open house or get a more personal tour of our 32-acre campus while sitting in on real classes with Crusader for a Day.
2. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
If you complete our online application by November 11, you will be prioritized for early processing before Christmas. All other applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Either way, your form reserves your seat for the Scholarship Exam.

3. OPTIONAL: SUBMIT A TUITION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION
If you would like to apply for tuition assistance, complete and submit this optional FACTS application form.

4. TAKE THE SCHOLARSHIP EXAM
While this exam is primarily used to determine scholarship eligibility, it is mandatory for all applicants to complete an application prior to registering for this exam.
Make-up exams can be arranged off-site if necessary.

5. SUBMIT TWO TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS
Next, submit one written recommendation from a math teacher, and another from an English/Language Arts teacher.

6. SUBMIT YOUR RECORDS RELEASE FORM
Download our records release form and provide copies of your 6th grade records, 7th grade records, your most recent 8th grade report card, and current standardized test results.
